June - Hip Hop - Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm Get a strong full-body cardio workout with this high-energy class that consists of rap, hip-hop, and pop sounds. Focusing on musicality and rhythm this class will encourage you to step outside of the box by bringing your own individual style and personality to the movements.
