    Discover Prince William & Manassas, the convention and visitors bureau of Prince William County and Manassas, Virginia, held its annual National Tourism Week Luncheon & Industry Awards on May 6 at the Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manassas, Virginia. The annual industry award ceremony honors the contributions of individuals and organizations to the promotion and development of Prince William & Manassas as a tourism destination. The industry awards were sponsored by the Virginia Restaurant Lodging Travel Association.

    The Town of Occoquan presents Music on Mill, a summer concert series at River Mill Park from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Saturday nights from August 6, through September 3, 2016. Each Saturday night, enjoy a free concert while taking in the stunning views of the Occoquan River at River Mill Park. Bring a blanket, or chair, pack a picnic and bring the whole family down for an evening of family-friendly entertainment. Be sure to arrive early or stick around after the concert to shop and dine at one of our many unique restaurants and businesses.   3. Music at the Leesylvania State Park Marina

    Music at the Marina is a summer concert series hosted at Leesylvania State Park. The event is free but there is a parking fee of $7 for Virginia residents and $9 for out-of-state guests. On August 27 come see The U.S. Army Band Downrange perform, the popular music ensemble of The United States Army Band "Pershing's Own." With its own unique and ever-changing repertoire, Downrange directs the spotlight on this dynamic group of active-duty musicians-talented vocalists and a powerful rhythm section. Downrange maintains the highest standards of excellence in musical entertainment and provides an exceptional musical experience. Downrange enjoys popularity with soldiers and general audiences with its continuously up-to-date repertoire and inspirational signature patriotic showpieces.
