For St. Patrick's Day, join us at Ben Lomond Historic Site and the Pat White Center at Ben Lomond as we make traditional Irish cuisine as it would have been made in the days before electricity and pasteurization. On March 3 learn about the process of pasteurization as we make cheese, hand-cranked ice cream, and homemade butter. On March 17 we will be making potatoes, fried cabbage, and sausage for St. Patrick's Day. Admission is $30 per family for both sessions.
