And as an added twist, if two or more people get bingo at the same time, we’ll have a dance-off to determine the winner (by popular vote of course). Dublin Irish Dance: Stepping Out

Sunday, 01/28/2018 2:00 PM

Follow the evolution of Celtic culture in Stepping Out, a high-energy extravaganza of sights and sounds presented by Dublin Irish Dance. These accomplished Irish step-dancers and musicians take the audience on a journey, exploring the history of the Celtic cultural experience through song and dance. This entertaining production reveals the influences that have shaped Irish music and dance throughout recent history: from the farms of rural Ireland in the 1800s to the Great Famine and the resulting mass migration to New York, where Irish and American cultures blended and influenced each other. Many of the artists in this ensemble have performed with popular acts like Riverdance, Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance, and Celtic Woman. With the lightening-fast footwork of the step-dancers, the spirited melodies of an eight-member traditional Irish band, and the lovely sounds of their Irish vocalist, this performance is sure to amaze. Citizen’s Choice Randall (Beer Infusion) Day

Wednesday, 01/31/2018 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Have any great ideas of what would go great infused into beer? Maybe chocolate and strawberries infused into our oatmeal stout; or mangoes and habanero peppers into our VAIPA? Let us know what flavor-enhancing ingredients (like fruit, coffee beans, spices, tootsie rolls, whatever else) you think would go well with one of our beers on drought. We’ll take the best ideas and create a poll each week for other citizens to vote on. The top choice each week will be featured in our taproom on Wednesdays (4-7pm) and the citizen submitting the winning idea will get a sample of the beer they concocted. Have your ideas submitted before Saturday of each week so voting can start Sundays. Submissions made after Saturdays will be considered for the next poll. Attachments
